Characteristics of FR107L
FR107L adopts SOD-123FL package, which has excellent performance, fast recovery speed, high temperature tolerance and large rated voltage and current. Its DC reverse voltage is 1000V, forward current 1A, forward surge current 30A, reverse current 5/50μA, direct voltage 1.3V, reverse recovery time 500nS, and its weight is about 0.0155 g. This product is used in the circuit system, and its main function is to convert alternating current into direct current. In the practical application process, it is stable, reliable, mature in application, good in high temperature performance, good in unilateral conductivity, reverse leakage current and strong in quick recovery ability.
The thermal performance of SOD-123FL package is higher than that of SOD-123, and the thickness of SOD-123fl package is lower than that of standard SOD-123 package, which is very suitable for portable applications with limited circuit board space. The pin structure and clamp design of the package allow low direct voltage. The internal design of the attached clamp has better surge current capability than the lead bonding package, which is suitable for transient voltage suppression applications.
Application of FR107L
As a diode product with fast recovery ability, FR107L diode is widely used in rectifier circuit, switching circuit, power management, charging circuit, reverse protection circuit, etc. It can be seen in household appliances, lighting, PD fast charging, adapters, inverters, communication equipment, LCD TV, cameras, Bluetooth equipment, power supply and computer equipment.
